There are many different between the filter & equalizer. The filter does not require any reference point .It can use any where like transmitter & receiver & within the channel but equilizer require the reference signal to equalize the input signal generally we are used equalized at receiving side.
May be possible this feature for upcoming version.

The laser power & LibMZM parameter is same for all combination, but OFDM parameter is depend on the type of Modulation like QPSK 16 QAm or 64 QAM, As i Mention the parameter for 64 QAM.
which data rate you are using in your link. I was use 54 Mbps . try this

Actually I am not getting exactly, but As I understand you can go one thing when you generate the report a particular type of compensator
in OptiSystem export the data. and again generate the report with other type of compensator and export data.
Repeat the same procedure as you required. then combine all the report with any of the software to plot the graph like
