| 1 | Open the layout we just designed or open the layout named “X64_Sample59_SilverParticle_User_Uniform_Mesh.FDT” in the simple folder. | 
| 2 | Open the Nonuniform Mesh Parameters dialog box. | 
| 3 | Click X-Direction tab, and select Load From a File. | 
| 4 | Click Browse to locate the x-direction mesh file named “Sample59_x_direction_ mesh.txt” in the 64 bit sample folder. You can also open this file by any text editor to check the grid coordinator value. | 
| 5 | Click Y-Direction tab, and select Load From a File, Click Browse to locate the y-direction mesh file named “Sample59_y_direction_ mesh.txt” in the 64 bit sample folder. | 
| 6 | Click OK button in nonuniform dialog box and 3D simulation parameters dialog box to make the settings function. | 
| 7 | Open the simulation dialog box again, the minimum memory requirement is listed as 38.34M bytes. | 
| 8 | Run the 64bit simulation. | 
| 9 | After the simulation the power transmission spectrum can be obtained. (refer to Figure 4) |
