please i have another question,
i’ve realised a transmission co-ofdm with 4qam and as results , for 30Gbits the value of the Q factor is 6.37e12 and BER = 0
and when i change the bits rate to 35Gbits/s, the value of the Q factor became 27.84 and BER 3.2e-4
are these values correct ?
thank you
thank you so much
thank you so much
this happens also with the other projects
and recently , even if I change the parameters of my work, (bit rate or the length of the fiber) the BER is always at 0 and the Q factor at 5.05 e49, it is as if the program was stuck in this value, and suddenly it stops working, should i uninstal and reinstall the program? if i uninstal it, is there a probability that i lose my data?
thank you for your answer
for all the project , i work with optisystem v13
hello NURUL HAMIDA,
all channels are designed to have the same parameters except for the frequence of the laser, for exemple for the first channel i give it 193.05 THz , the second 193.1THz, the third 193.15..
NB: sorry for my english
Hello ,
I would like to do a co-ofdm simulation with 4 channels, each transmit 10gbps, multiplexed with WDM, and with a single mode fiber of a length of 60km, as a result I notice that the BER is 0.48. is it normal ? and what value should i change to decrease the BER?
please i need help
Thank you
there is an error of uploading the file , can i send it to you via e-mail ?
hello;
I have the same problem as @gabby , i’m doing simulation about coherent optical ofdm, and the value of BER is very bad about 0.48, i dont know which value i should change, please help me , Here is my file
I’m working with optisystem v 13
