Will the fiber delay line replace part of the length of the single-mode fiber in the fiber laser system, that is to say, will the addition of the fiber delay line in the main cavity affect the length of the main cavity of the laser?

      Dear Sunny,
Yes, it does change the length in the cavity.

      Hello
The parameter that can be adjusted in the optical delay line has a simple number. I can adjust the number to 1, 2 or even 10. This value has no unit. What is its meaning?

      Hello,
you need to use Time Delay component for time delay not the Optical Delay component.
      Regards,
      Ahmad
