Any one here, Can tell me what is the conventional Max Current and Power Limitation for laser diode commonly used in Optical communication ??

or it will so nice of you if u tell me Max current and power limitation for directly modulated laser diode commonly used in Optical Communication ??

As many expert are using this forum and obviously published many papers, can guide me in this regard because i want to know this value so that i can proceed further in my research work.Also it is beneficial for all forum members.

There is no limitation for Max current of laswe Diode but in case of DML max value 300mA .
