update 13.0.2

For web update Optisystem Version 13.0.2 . The error message appears as image. I have 64 bit os . I have try update with 32 bit OS PC it was update but when I try on my laptop update the message “ setup is not eligible for the update of optisystem 13.0.2”. I reinstall the Optisystem 13.0.0. But still the same problem with updatation in Laptop. Please help me It may possible error in the setfile available on the link

Hello,

When you uninstall the OptiSystem program make sure that the folder and its contents are completely gone, in the program files directory.
If that does not work please let me know!

Dear Marek
as per the update mail firstly I uninstall the previous version 13.0 and try to up date the 13.2
Then I complete Uninstall the the 13.0 version the run the 13.2 file (64 bit Operating system) at windows 7 on my laptop.
But I successfully update on my PC which has 32 bit OS.
Please help me
