  Hi supports,
  I try to install OptiSystem 14 64-bit evaluation version in windows 7 but have error:
  “Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3
  
  please see screenshot as attachment..

  hi thanh nguyen…
  you should try to reinstall the software and if the problem persists then you should try to download the file again to reinstall it. Some times this problem occurs to the software.if still your problem is not resolved then try to contact the support team.
