Is the forum technical support stopped.

      Hi Abdallah,

      Sorry for the wait, I was working on another project that needed my attention! The forum technical support is still going strong, thanks to our users like you that contribute to the discussions, and I’ll get to your question soon.

      The community forums are meant to be a quick way for us at Optiwave to communicate with users, however as user with an active maintenance license you are more than welcome to also email us at “support@optiwave.com”. If you have an urgent question I think your best bet would be to use both the forum and our support email to get a rapid response.
