  I need to frequency sweep a CW Laser using a Sine wave with sweep frequency of 3GHz, so how can I do that?

  Could you please clarify what do you want to do? Do you want to modulate the laser with a sine wave that has a frequency of 3GHz and you’d like to sweep this frequency?

  i want to frequency modulate CW laser with a sine wave having sweep frequency of 3GHz to get harmonics as shown in the figure attached below
