SOA-MZI based optical AND gate
i tried to implement optical AND gate using SOA-MZI with Cross phase modulation effect of SOA. but i am not getting correct waveform at the output. i am attaching file including simulation setup and wave-forms. i have a problem on coupler output(A’+ b’) connected after both input NOT gate actually i am trying to adding output of both input NOT gate.
