hi,
i am a student and i need help to construct a scheme of SCM OCDMA with ZCC code and i have no information of how choose the subcarries frequencies. please can any one help me? if you have a project that simulate this system please help me.

Unfortunately that paper does not tell you how to build the codes for each user. I found this paper that explains a method for generating the code:
