Hi
i am trying to design a bidirectional system with ofdm for downlink and RSOA for down link
1. In the sample example of QAM 16 ofdm he sequence length is 32768 and no of samples per bit is 1
2. In RSOA example the sequence length is 128 and no of samples per bit is 64
3. in the RSOA example if i make the sequence length as 8192 I start getting 0 watt at RSOA output
4. please guide me on what is relation between sequence length and RSOA output
5. also when we combine qam 16 ofdm as downlink and RSOA as uplink what should be the values of sequence length and no of samples.
Regards
hi
Another thing i want to know is what other alternative we have for RSOA?
Can it be replaced by VCSEL?
