Reversing Blocks in OptiSystem

Hi Everyone,
I would like to know how you can reverse an OptiSystem block in the layout (I mean if the block input is on its left side and output on the right side, how can we turn it so that the place of input and outputs are changed).

Menu bar is always good to know that you don’t need to memorize the combinations. Two options are given…

I don’t think you can rotate…only flip.

I don’t think so. Anyway flip would be enough for having an ordered layout.

Please, let me know if you find out the possibility of doing that (rotating ports around). It can be quite useful for some scheme configurations…

Although you are right that you cannot rotate by 90 degrees, if you really need to do it you can create a sub-assembly and put the input and output ports where ever you need them.

No. it is just to provide ease of use. u can only rotate it by fully flipping it by 180
