I want a mode 3D solver app(license free) OR may be free subscription for one month, so that I can calculate 3D mode of PCF. Right now I have a OptiFDTD 32-bit software on my windows 10.

      I think you can go for OPtiBPM software free license for one month. In this tool 3d-mode solver is present you can use that tool for your design.
