Is there is any method to configure a basic semiconductor optical amplifier in optisystem-17 into a quantum dot semiconductor optical amplifier?
Dear Vishal,
The best option is to use the Matlab or the python components and add the quantum-dot laser/semiconductor amplifier in it. I’ll be interested in acquiring such component(s) to add to OptiSystem component library.
