How to generate QPSK block in optisystem 7?

Hello Krishika,
Check for the example library of OptiSystem. One directory is for advanced modulation. It can be found at:
C:\Users\xxxxxx\Documents\OptiSystem 15.2 Samples\Advanced modulation systems\PSK systems\QPSK
There are few examples on QPSK.

All blocks are with feedback.Is there any way to give external input to the block and take output
as QPSK modulated signal?

Which block do you refer to?
Do you mean load a physical signal from an instrument?
