project browser inactive

I am using Optisysystem 7 and win. 7 for simulating my project and when the software is running all other options work well except the project browser which is inactive or disabled. Can anyone help with this problem?

Hi,

This is a known issue with older versions of OptiSystem and Windows 8. OptiSystem 7 should work with Windows 7. Try re-installing the software.

Partition your hard drive, to 50 to 100 GB install windows xp on it then the optisystem 7 and problem solved

You can just run OptiSystem on compatibility mode with Windows XP.
