Phase Extraction and making a Loop

Drar All,

Can anyone give me a hint or an idea on how to extract the phase difference between the two signals in the graph.
This schematic represents a simplified version of a Michelson interferometer, which I will be studying with an optical frequency comb generator.

An other question, how to make a loop so that i can study the variation of the delay and its influence on the phase measurements.

I solved the second question by using the sweep iterations.

But I still can’t find a solution for the first query. Anyone can help with that.
