Pam 4 signal

Hello Everyone,
I am very new in this software. That is why i am facing a lot of problem solving some basic stuff through this software. I want to plot Pam4 signal at output side after being amplified after semiconductor optical amplifiers(SOA). I can see PAM4 signal at the input side easily by using eye diagram checker but when i am seeing pam4 signal at output side it not showing 4 levels after being amplified.I just need to see Pam4 signal same like as the input side, like at input side their were four levels (3,1,-1,-3) having different four amplitude, so i need to side the output at four different levels (3,1,-1,-3) after being amplified by SOA.
I would like to get help from someone.

Hello Waqi,
Thanks for evaluating OptiSystem.
I recommend that you go through the example library provided during the installation. It have many examples that you could use to check the different applications and understand to build your own project.
Which version of OptiSystem do you have?
