Hello ,
I am trying to model a system based on an Yb double clad fiber pumped by a 976nm diode and a 1064 seed. I am interested in SPM and Raman scattering effects which are available in the settings. When I execute my optisystem program I get the following optical spectrum (attached to my message). My question is about the frequency cut you can see at 1.1 micron , is it related to the noise bins definition or time window or even noise level ? I don’t get it as the raman gain value is set correctly and experimentaly the raman peak is quite high. If you have any idea about what it could be please reply to that post 🙂 ! Thank you !
