pallab ChoudhuryParticipantI am getting the following message during the submission of Query form to download the Evaluation copy, even though I have completed all the necessary information.
Error: There was an error submitting your information. Please try again.
Can you please inform me the reason of getting such message?

We have just implemented this new form and are still in the process of fine-tuning the code. Could you be so kind to send a screen shot of the error message (including the submitted data) to info@optiwave.com.
