I am using OptiSystem tool (latest version), and there is a example of FTTH-OCDMA but theoretical details are not given for this example. Can anybody help me in this regard?

What type of theoretical details are you looking for? We have a description of the project at this link:
You should be able to determine the parameter values by double clicking each component and looking at the Component Properties.
