optical OFDM using Beat Interference Cancellation Rx

I am trying to implement BICR DD-OFDM system. I have designed a system modifying the DD-OFDM system from this site. But the constellation at the Receiver worsens much more while it should have been better. can anyone help me? I am attaching the .osd file here expecting some suggestions from the forum members. Thank You.

I am using version 13.0.3 and managed to open it. I suggest you redownload the file.
