OOK vs BPSK

Hello. I am working on a VLC project which compares the performance of OOK and BPSK modulation. I have made a simple system with externally modulated LEDs where one setup is modulated at bit rate = symbol rate for OOK and the other setup is modulated at bit rate = 2 * symbol rate for BPSK. I have attached my .osd file below. I expect the BER of BPSK to be better than that of OOK when plotted against OSNR (dB). My results are not consistent with the theoretical results. I am unable to identify the source of this issue. Please help me resolve the problem to get consistent results.

The symbol rate should equal to the bit rate in both cases.
