Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

Hi all,
I am trying to find the signal to noise ratio of the output of a photonically sampled ADC. For the SNR calculation I have used a matlab component. The project gives SNR value at the output but the problem is that each time I rerun the project, the value of SNR differs by a small amount.
Can anyone suggest what is the problem with the simulation.
I am also attaching the osd and matlab file.
The matlab file
