      dear asma
      salam
i think you should work in optical domain that is in optisystem. It have good BER calculation platform there.
so try to check on optisystem

      Dear Muhammad jawad,
      Esalam ,
thank you for your quick reply,
I need to use Matlab to calculate a BER for different itération without using a component of Optisystem.
so i need to solve the problem in Matlab to calculate a Optisystem project from Matlab
