      I hope you are doing well.

      I was recently approved for an OptiSystem trial license under the email address nazifi.fatini@live.iium.edu.my. However, after downloading and installing OptiSystem, I am unable to launch the software due to a licensing issue.

      The following error message appears when I open the application:

      “License unavailable. Error #SH202: License not available [7]”

      I would appreciate it if you could investigate and escalate this matter, as I am currently unable to access the trial software despite receiving approval.

      Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side. I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.

      In order to further assist, I would like to have some more information from you. Can you please send us the screenshot of the error message you get?

      Can you also share with us what antivirus software you are using?
