I’m trying to use Johnson and Christy model in the 3-D simulations. Is this applicable? If yes, what parameters shall I insert in the 3-d simulation parameters?!

You have a table of data which relates frequency/wavelength to electric permittivity/index of refraction? You can attach it and we can convert it to one of our dispersive models. (Lorentz, Drude, Lorentz-Drude)
