      Dear Optiwave Support,

      I have previously used two free trials of OptiSystem. I recently installed the third allowed trial, but it will not open my saved project, displaying a message that I do not have a valid license.

      Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or provide a temporary license to access my project for academic/research purposes?

      Dear Ikhmal,

      We do not allow to use the same registered email address for multiple trial versions. You can use different official email address to have access to free trial licenses multiple times but you can download the tools only on the different machines. You can’t use the OptiSytem again on the same machine.

      Instead of getting troubled like this, we urge you to acquire the license for OptiSystem. You can acquire the “lease license” option, which is for a short duration. We can discuss further on the pricing of the license, if you are interested in it. Advantage of acquiring lease license is that it is flexible and comes with full technical support.
