Hi.
Very basic simulation, no material, just input plane with a wavelength of 450nm and power of 1mW. An observation line is placed infront of input plane to see the transmission but in the analyzer the power is 88 mW.

Why its more than 1mW ?

I have replied to you through the support emails, the results are correct. Running your simulation shows transmission of < 1mW/m and no indication of the 88mW you are citing. I believe you are looking in the wrong spot.
