      Just run the LoadOptiwaveFile.m file from Matlab and follow the commands. It should load them into a matrix and even plot them as a figure. In a program you could just call each of the functions import_XXXXX to get the data into a matrix.

      I can’t guarantee these matlab files will work for all versions of the F3D and other optiwave file types, but they are something that I use. Feel free to use them yourself.
