Hi!
I’m doing a simulation of an optical transmission system SDH/WDM. so, I’m using SDH module which is a simulink module. So I need to recover the issue of the simulink’s simulation as an input of my system in optisystem.
how can i achieve it?
Notice that i’m using Optisystem 7 (which don’t have simulink component) and matlab R2018b
Dear Canisius,
OptiSystem has Matlab component that you could use to call Matlab which has the Simulink module. However, you need to properly use the input and output signals’ structures. Please refer to the datasheet of the Matlab component for more information on the signal structures. Also, refer to the examples in OptiSystem Example Library for more information.

You can download 30days free trail of OptiSystem 16.1

OK thanks dear!
Does optisystem 16.1 content a
Simulink’s component as MATLAB component we use in optisytem 7?
