how to get a better eye diagram

i am having a trouble in getting a good eye diagram when my BER is far better than the required value. i am attaching a file related to it. i want to improve my eye diagram .please help me sir

Hi Ashiq,
Getting a closed or corrupted Eye diagram (even if BER is good ) refers to a something wrong in the system.
I advise to revise your system, then try to have a consistent and reasonable performance parameters to the system all together!
