  Anyone know how to calculate the shannon limit for HD-FEC/SD-FEC of 100G?
  there is a figure in paper (also attached):
  T.Mizuochi, T.sugihara, et.al. “Evolution and Status of Forward Error Correction” OFC 2012
  But don’t know how does it calculated.
