Hi Ahmed …. When I install and open the copy, I have a message that there is no library and I cannot open the application ….. even though I downloaded the trial version from the site and followed the installation steps

did you install OptiSystem free trial on the same computer before? if yes, you’ll not be able to install again. You need new computer to install the software. This is set by the company.
