Hello all,
Quite simple question – I need to sample one component of the electric field to capture amplitude and phase information in a simple TE simulation (using an observation point or line). I want to see the effect of sweeping a geometry factor on this.
From what I can tell, the only way to do this with the OptiFDTD 32 bit edition is to open all the results files manually (and verrry slowly) and exporting the data by hand? Is there no clean easy way to extract data systematically from an observation point or line – power alone will not do, I need the complex field information.
Thanks in advance.
Sam
