Hello all,
I simulate using optisystem 13 and I need to simulate Gan LD with the following specifications:
s- polarized (971 mW)
and p-polarized (1364 mW)
with maximum output current 1200 mA
the polarization ratio to the slow axis of both GaN LDs = 90 %
