Hello, can you tell me the difference between Ideal Dispersion Compensation FBG and Fiber Bragg Grating .And what’s better for them to work with a WDM system?

you need to use the ideal dispersion compensation FBG for fiber dispersion compensation in the WDM system. The Fiber Bragg Grating allows you to design filters and possible dispersion compensation FBG if you use the proper design parameters.
