Is it possible to quantized the reflected spactrum of the FBG sensor in optisystem. so that we can analyzed the each point variation for various temprature value.

you could you the WDM FBG Sensor Interrogator to get information on the variation of the grating center wavelength variation with temp. please refer to the example (FBGSensor_Example_4_Gratings.osd) in OptiSystem example that describes the operation of the sensor and the interrogator components properly.
