My name is Dogeun Jang.
I’m doing simulation for calculating grating efficiency by using Free OptiFDTD 32bit.
I’m following the sample (in lesson 15) provided by your company.
A problem is that far field button is not activated in tools box from the OptiFDTD program start menu.
I want to calculate far field by using the near field data.
What should I do ?
Can you clarify what you mean by the button not being activated in the toolbox? Is it there but greyed out or is it not there? If possible could you please attach a screenshot?
I am having the same trouble as Dogeun! The button is greyed out in the tools menu and you cannot select it. I am trying like Dogeun to do Tutorial 15 on diffraction gratings.
