      Dear Colleagues
Hope you all will be fine
The optical carriers can be written in mathematical form as shown in attached figure. Please let me know how we can write/show linearly polarized LP modes in mathematical form such as shown in attached figure?
I will be very thankful for your kind help.
      Regards

      Dear Muhammad,
OptiSystem allows optical signal transmission over single mode and multimode fibers. The modes that can be guided in multimode fiber depends on the geometry of the fiber, wavelength and refractive index. All of theses parameters can be set in the MMF. Also, you may view the propagated LP modes using the “Spatial Visualizer” component. There are few examples in OptiSystem Example Library that would guide you in this area.
      Regards,
      Ahmad

      Dear Sir

Thanks for your reply. As i have worked over optical communication over multimode fiber (MMF), i just need to know how to mathematically write LP modes in MMF. The optiwave tutorials well explain working over MMF but not give required information. If you have relevant literature, do share with me sir.
      I will be very thankful
      Regards
