      Hello,

      I had the Optisystem software installed on this computer associated with another account but the license expired (I think I already had installed it 3 times with that account). After that, I created a new account, made a clean windows install (Windows 10) and after downloading the software, it says my license is expired. Does anyone knows what is the problem?

      Fabio,

      This is how our evaluations are intended to work. They get locked to the computer (persisting even through a Windows re-install).
