    I have never had this problem. However, I suggest that you try to install the software again, and in case of encountering this problem again you’d better contact Optiwave technical support. Here is the technical support e-mail: support@optiwave.com .

  Hi Koll;
  This problem has appeared due to wrong downloading so the downloaded pakage (rar) isn’t complete. You can download it again from Optiwave website and try it.
