      Dear Sir/Madam
      I downloaded and installed the OptiSystem 22 software, which is a 30-day trial. But I got the error I mentioned in the title. I tried installing it on another system to ensure it wasn’t a system issue, but I still got the same error. the error is:

      Unable to proceed
      Error: Unable to establish communication with the Application Server

      After I click the OK button, the following error appears in another window:
      Could not obtain license. Terminating Application.

      I will do all the steps when I am connected to the internet.
      Please let me know.

      In order to further assist, I would like to have some more information from you. Can you please send me the screenshot of the error message you get?

      Can you also share with us what antivirus software you are using?
