      Hello all, ran into an issue with Optiwave Licensing Manager. Error 1003: “Unable to Initialize Runtime Library”. This error shows up when trying to get license. See attachment for picture of error. It might be due to the recent update to windows 11. However, after rolling back to windows 10, the error is still being thrown. Does anyone know what is the cause of this error?

      Hello,
      please review the document that was sent to you with your license.
      If this does not help to resolve the problem please sent an email to licensing@optiwave.com
      In the email please include the error message, your license serial number, the customer ID and the PCID.
