I am working on gain flatenss in edfa-wdm system for band 1546nm-1558nm…..I got good result when I kept frequency 1546nm in WDM transmitter but I am not getting good result of 1547nm to 1558nm….please suggest me what will I do so that I can get good result of gain flatness and BER for entire band.
The channels on your receiver side WDM Demux do not match your transmitting channels. They should start at 1546 and increase by 0.8 nm per channel. That should fix it!
