Dual Polarized MSK Transmission and Receiver System

Dear All,
I am trying to realize the Dual polarized MSK based optical transmission and receiver system for high data rate (100 Gbps). Upto the transmission level, I think spectrum is as per expectations, however at the receiver end, using coherent detector, I am getting the signal points in one coordinate per polarization only, however it should be in four coordinates. Moreover, eye diagram is also not showing as per expectations. Kindly help in finding the fault in logic or circuit parameter. I am attaching the schematic of circuit. I shall be highly thankful if anyone can help.

While I find your explanations quite useful, can you please also address the paper whose work you are trying to implement, so that members would be able to check? Or some paper related to the topic so that it would give more background about and make understanding of the system easier? Thank you.

Thanks for taking interest in my problem which I am facing. Well, there is no as such direct paper which is being realized in my proposed schematic, however, idea of circuit has been borrowed from the Dual-polarized QPSK System available in Optiwave webpage (https://optiwave.com/resources/downloads/optisystem-hot-topics/). I am referring the The demodulation (homodyne detection) from attached paper authored by Li Tao et al. ( http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?arnumber=5682802). I want to exploit the advantages of MSK scheme over QPSK scheme in Dual Polarization (DP) mode. I’m waiting and requesting some response on Dual Polarized MSK Scheme in optical domain. I have not come across any literature published on DP-MSK. I have doubt whether the idea of having DP-MSK is possible or not? Can someone give some light on it?
