Could you give me a brief explanation of this type of modulation
Hi, in a short way it’s quadrature phase shift keying modulation applied for 2 perpendicular polirized components of lightwave. There is an example of DP-QPSK with DSP on a website.

It depends that what you want. i mean, if you wanna work with optical system i can use link from Ravil. But if you wanna see process into blocks try to get scheme from library
