Optiwave software can be used in different industries and applications, including Fiber Optic Communication, Sensing, Pharma/Bio, Military & Satcom, Test & Measurement, Fundamental Research, Solar Panels, Components / Devices, etc..
OptiOmega is a collection of products specialized for photonic integrated circuit simulation. It automates the design flow for
generating compact models from device level simulations. The software package includes two solvers that can be used via
Python scripting: Vector Finite Difference (VFD) Mode Solver and Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Electromagnetic Solvers.

This is a template file.
How can I get a better eye diagram for this system?
After simulation , It results in 0 Bit error rate, why?
You should not try evaluating the OFDM systems with eye diagrams. Use BER TEST SET instead to notice values for number of error bits.
Also the 0 BER is because for very long sequence lengths in case of OFDM. 0 BER means error free communication.
Thank you Abhishek Shrama for your response.
1. You should not try evaluating the OFDM systems with eye diagrams. can I ask why?
2. how can I measure SNR for this tempalte?
3. How can I add PMD paramter and fiber nonlinearity in this template?
Damian Marek Sir, comment please!
