You can solve the modes and simulate the fiber waveguides with OptiBPM or OptiFDTD. Can you expand on what exactly you are trying to simulate?

I would simulate multicore instead of using SMF as mode launcher , to MMF. to be used in MGDM technique, ?? I need help on that

My work is also related to designing of multicore fiber. I want to know using what software n how you design the multicore fiber. Can we design it using optisuite. I am looking forward for your answer.
